Bottom Line
The 94-room upscale Costa d'Este Beach Resort is a breezy, modern hotel with a truly indulgent feel, owned by singer Gloria Estefan and her husband. The resort consists of two five-story towers, and many of the rooms have gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views. The property offers access to a beautiful beach, as well as a full-service spa, small but attractive outdoor pool, and stylish restaurant serving locally sourced cuisine -- but expect to pay a resort fee and extra for breakfast. The guest rooms are spotless and high-end, with expensive looking marble bathrooms and custom teak furnishings; the sumptuous suites have soaking tubs. With its relaxed elegance and chic poolside scene, the hotel suits younger friends and couples keen on soaking up the Vero Beach sun.

Sand, waves, and celebrity, with palm trees and breezy modern style
The door hangers at the Costa d’Este Beach Resort read “Too Fabulous to Be Disturbed,” and the resort’s atmosphere is luxurious enough to make each guest feel as fabulous as celebrity owner Gloria Estefan. The property’s beautiful sandy beach and rolling Atlantic waves have inspired the gleaming white and natural wood decor seen throughout the open and airy interiors. The landscaping, with requisite palm trees, includes a picturesque strip of beach grass between the resort and sand -- one example of the attention to detail evident at the property. The atmosphere at the Costa d’Este manages to combine a modern Miami vibe with a touch of quintessential Florida, as the hallways, furniture, and even various porthole-style windows curve beautifully, echoing the waves a few yards down the beach. Guests who want a vacation that feels like a true escape, but with close proximity to top golf courses and theme parks, will find the Costa d’Este Beach Resort to be a good fit.
